Walkthrough

1. Talk to Ice Mage in Elim.
2. He'll ask you to find Ice Queen at Lands End(E5).
3. Talk to the Ice Queen and accept her quest after inquiring about the Waterfall spell.
4. The quest is to extinguish the fire at Kim's house in Elim.
5. Go the the House On Fire in Elim (C3).
6. You will obtain a message after you put out the first fire. After that continue to put out more fires until it says you'll wet your pants if you continue to play with fire.
7. Return to the Ice Castle in Lands End(E5).
8. Indicate that you wish to learn this spell.
9. You've now learned the Waterfall spell.
